StoreSpaceOnline works hand-in-hand with the core StoreSpace® AutoCAD-based planning environment, providing a way to distribute, review and interact with plans across your entire retail estate.

When retail planners publish store layouts and planograms within StoreSpace®, those changes are reflected in StoreSpaceOnline. This means colleagues from across the business, from category leads to store teams can view the current, approved version of any plan without needing specialist CAD software.

Designed to work on desktop, tablet or mobile, StoreSpaceOnline makes plans accessible wherever your teams are, whether they’re in head office, regional centres or on the shop floor.

StoreSpaceOnline supports two-way communication between planners and stores. Planners can notify colleagues when new plans are available; store and department teams can view those plans, provide feedback, and confirm when changes have been implemented.

This direct line of communication helps ensure that updates issued by planners are acknowledged and understood by execution teams, improving clarity and reducing misinterpretation during rollout or refit projects.

As part of the StoreSpace® ecosystem, the portal also supports multi-language use, helping global teams view plans and instructions in their preferred language.

In addition to floor layouts, planograms can be viewed within the StoreSpaceOnline portal. This lets store teams see detailed product placement and category plans alongside the broader floor layout.

Combined with integrations to third-party planogram tools such as NIQ’s Spaceman, StoreSpaceOnline ensures store teams have visibility of both macro and micro planning data in one place.

As StoreSpaceOnline is designed to be accessible from anywhere with an internet connection and compatible web browser, retail teams can access plans and communications on their preferred devices, enabling implementation and compliance checks directly on the shop floor or in the field.
