As part of our comprehensive Customer Success Programme, we will provide your teams with advanced training and ongoing support, to ensure they are confident and getting results from our retail planning software.

Training that works for you
Training is the fourth stage in our Customer Success Programme. Each programme is adapted to your business and your teams’ needs, so training is delivered in a way that works for you. Whether you prefer online training, or you’d prefer face-to-face training on-site, we can accommodate that.
Different members of your team will have different levels of experience and comfort using new technologies. We carefully identify training needs as part of the Discovery sessions to ensure your users are confident using StoreSpace® when the system goes live.
All this information is used by our Customer Support teams, so we can refer to the business objectives and processes established at the start of our relationship and ensure you’re always on track.

Tailored training support
Depending on your team’s level of experience, training typically takes four days to complete. We train users according to their roles and ensure they are confident using StoreSpace®. On the fifth day, we conduct a User Acceptance Training session to ensure the agreed scope is delivered before StoreSpace® is put live.
Hypercare
Our support doesn’t end once training is complete. We’re proud to offer all clients Hypercare; two weeks of daily Microsoft Teams calls with a member of our team, to ensure adoption is going smoothly. And if you’re not in the UK, don’t worry! We will fit in with your time zone, so there’s always someone on hand to answer questions.
After the Hypercare stage, we’ll move to monthly check-ins. These can be scheduled for up to a year, to make sure you continue to get value from our tools and top tips on store planning best practice.
We will also support you in the rollout to stores, creating simple ‘How to videos’ in your StoreSpace environment for your store associates.

Flexible delivery options
Although we prefer to deliver training in person – because your teams have the best experience – online sessions are also available for as many team members as needed. We can even accommodate sessions in multiple time zones and languages.

Training takes between two to four days, followed by our Hypercare daily support for two weeks. After that, we provide monthly check-ins with a dedicated team member for as long as your business needs.
