StoreSpace® data migration services

The smooth implementation of StoreSpace® depends on setting the system up correctly. That’s why our Customer Success Team will help you migrate essential information from your current systems into StoreSpace®.

Based on the statement of works agreed during the Kick-Off stage of the Customer Success Programme, we will help to define the information that needs to be moved across to the StoreSpace® floor plan, whether you’re using AutoCAD floor plans, PDFs or spreadsheets.

We’ll upload the first few files, before training your teams to complete the rest. And, if you need us to move plans for your entire business, we can provide a quote for the additional work.

Make spreadsheets a thing of the past

From the start, we’ll establish a process for migrating the data to StoreSpace® effectively and build a pilot to work from. If there are no existing plans to work from, we can organise specialist site surveys from our survey partners, so we can create floor plans in StoreSpace® as quickly as possible.

Pilot stores

Migrating data from three key stores at the start of the process will ensure everything is set up correctly in StoreSpace®. This pilot covers a limited selection of data and offers a valuable learning opportunity for your team to confidently manage the migration of the rest of your estate. If you need additional migration services, we can quote for this work as a separate project.

Intelligent fixture libraries

We will build a StoreSpace® AutoCAD fixture library within your software to reflect the equipment used across your estate.

Using this fixture library you can quickly drag and drop the blocks onto the floor plans. We’ll complete the fixture library ready for launch, before training your teams on editing and adding new items, so they’re prepared for future changes.
